South Africa Work out with Crazy Catch

The Protea's were one of the first to get access to the new design Crazy Catch nets. They have quickly been put to use and a great warm up game has already been developed by South Africa's fitness coach Grant Compton. Grant comments - “Top cricketers are brimming with competitive spirit so why not use this feature to encourage them to push themselves harder. We’ve started using Crazy Catch in our pre-match warm ups,” Compton explains. “It helps the guys focus on their hand-eye coordination in the first instance, but we also use it to make warm-ups more competitive and keep them motivated.”
